from Kulliani, in A.H. 970, as mentioned by Ferishta, Hosaïn Nizam shah
abandoned no fewer than seven hundred pieces of ordnance, at which time
the great gun fell into the hands of Άli Άdel Shah, of Bijapur, who
transported it to his capital. When Bijapur was taken by Aurengzib,
in the reign of Iskender Άdel Shah, a new inscription, in Persian, was
