ANAH (עֲנָה).  BiblicalUnisex. [Hebrew "hearkening to," "granting"].  Also spelled Ana.

    (1) A daughter of Zibeon the Hivite, and a mother-in-law to Esau (Gen. xxxvi. 2, 14).
    (2) A son of the same Zibeon (Gen. xxxvi. 24).
    (3) A "son" of Seir the Horite and a brother of a certain Zibeon (Gen. xxxvi. 20).  He became a "duke" (29). (The Sunday School Teacher's Bible Manual, Hunter, 1894).
