BOHUSLAVA (Богуслава).  Apparently, a feminine form of Slavic Bohuslav, meaning "God's glory."  Usage: Bohemian, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian. 

Many of these Bohemian girls had to go to Switzerland to study, as did those of other nations.  The first to obtain her diploma was Dr. Bohuslava Keck, who afterwards returned to Prague, where she quickly found suitable employment. (Ballin)
