... He was employed in that
line of business, however, until November, 1886, when he formed a
partnership with Fred Benzli under the firm name of Benzli
& Zahn. In February, 1892, this was incorporated as the Benzli
& Zahn Company under the laws of the state of Illinois and in May,
1894, the name was changed to Charles A. Zahn Company, under which title
