A variant form of Calogrenant
("Kay
the grumpy"), a knight of the Round Table.
Colgrevant, Sir. A Knight
of the Round Table. He was on one occasion severely wounded by Sir
Lionel for interfering in a quarrel between him and his brother, Sir Bors
(q.v.). Latterly, however, he met his death at the hands of
Lancelot, in connection with the scandal concerning Queen Guinever
