GIAMMU.  The king of a district on the river Belichus.  He attempted to resist the progress of Shalmaneser II., but was murdered by his subjects in order that they might make peace with the king of Assyria.  His cities were Killala and Tulsaabilahi. (An Archaic Dictionary, Cooper, 1876).
