HAGINRICH.  Old German.  The first part looks to be the same as Hagen ("hook").  The latter part is obviously reich (O.H.G. rihhi) "king, ruler; kingdom, realm."  According to Yonge, Heinrich supplanted this old name. (History of Christian Names, Yonge, 1884).
