HEI.  A prince of Kush, in the reign of Amenhotep III. of the XVIIIth dynasty.  Hei, a prince of Kush, in the reign of Tut-ankh-amen of the XVIIIth dynasty.  He may have been the same as the preceding.  Hei, an overseer of the palace of an Egyptian king, probably one of the Amenhotep monarchs of the XVIIIth dynasty. (An Archaic Dictionary, Cooper, 1876).
