INAAM (إنعام).  Arabic name, derived from the vocabulary word ináam, meaning "a gift," especially a grant of land.  It is the same as Hindu Inám. (An Anglo-Indian Dictionary, Whitworth, 1885).  Inaam-ulláh Khán, an Urdú poet who has left in a Diwán, a collection of Hindi poems, principally on love subjects. (A Oriental Biographical Dictionary, Beale, 1881).
