IRAO.  Chamorro name, said to mean "emotion."  It may be from Spanish influence.  Its variants are Hirao, and Hurao.  Spanish I'ra = "passion, rage."  Huracan = "hurricane." (A Dictionary of the Spanish and English Languages, de la Cadena, 1883).  Hurao is identical to the International word for "a hurrah!" (English-International Dictionary, Beaufront-Couturat, 1908).
