NABU-U-SABSI.  A Chaldean chief, the son or descendant of Silani.  He ruled at Sarrapanu, and upon Tiglath Pileser I. proclaiming himself king of Babylon, of Sumir, and of Accad, he rose in rebellion against him, whereupon the king of Assyria besieged him, and taking his capital city, impaled him alive upon its walls. (An Archaic Dictionary, Cooper, 1876).
