NECHEPSO.  An Egyptian king of the XXVth dynasty.  His name is only found on the Greek lists, and it is doubtful what monarch is intended by it.  He was said to have been a priest, and to have written a treatise on astronomy. (An Archaic Dictionary, Cooper, 1876)
