    Grand Duke Constantine, born 1827, high admiral of the Russian navy; married, 1848, Princess Alexandra, of Saxe-Altenburg, and had issue five children, the Grand Duke Nicholas, born 1850, being the eldest, and the Grand Duchess Olga, born 1851, the eldest daughter being married to the King of the Greeks.
