SIBAHE.  A petty Egyptian monarch, who is mentioned in the Assyrian inscriptions, and was at one time erroneously supposed to have been the same as Sabako.  He assisted the Tyrians in their revolt against Shalmaneser IV., king of Assyria, and is now generally accepted as having been the So of Hebrew history. (An Archaic Dictionary, Cooper, 1876).
