Senb-esen. He was Heb, or rather Kherheb, in the
temple of Horus Khem. He may have lived in the time of Amenemha I.,
of the XIIth dynasty, as one of his sons was named Ra-s-hotep-ab-senb,
which was the prenomen of that monarch. Senb, the favourite dog of Abet, an Egyptian
sculptor of the XIIth dynasty. His name is an illustration of the
inappropriate use of official titles among the ancient Egyptians.
