UARSEKEN.  A great officer in the court of Ramen-kheper, the last king of the XXIInd dynasty.  He married the daughter of his sovereign, and his son Sheshanka was adopted by Ramen-kheper, and afterwards ascended the throne of Egypt.  Uarseken was of Libyan or Semitic parentage, and all his family had Chaldean names. (An Archaic Dictionary, Cooper, 1876).
