VAHAKU.  The son of Tigranes, king of Armenia.  He was a faithful ally of Darius Hystaspes, whereupon his subjects wished to drive him from the throne.  In the end the insurgents were defeated, and Vahaku firmly established in his kingdom by the king of Persia. (An Archaic Dictionary, Cooper, 1876).
